on obsessions.

i don't know about you, but i get obsessed very easily.
and when i'm obsessed...it's a really INTENSE obsession.
all i can think about. all i can talk about. all i can do.
i dream about it.
i write lists about it.
it's kind of unhealthy.

t.v. shows.
books.
food.
movies.
broadway musicals.
i'm good for nothing else until i get absolutely sick of it and unable to watch/read/eat said obsession for a very long time.

my latest obsession: sushi.
i had never tried it before and obsessed over researching a place to go get some.
i saw sushi EVERWHERE!
facebook. twitter. instagram. blogs.
and i had dreams about eating sushi.
i finally got some sushi...and i'm not going to lie...i didn't love it like i thought i would.

well...on to my next obsession: godspell (our next show at JOY).

do you obsess over things?

ta-ta!

I obsess over everything. If I care for anything at all, chances are it was probably a major obsession sometime in my life. Needless to say, I get out of obsessions pretty quickly.

And I don't like sushi. (Read: I hate sushi.) The idea of fish and seaweed like that! Ugh.

Sushi is the best obsession to have. We love it here & eat it frequently. Ive even made it. Its phenomenal & its healthy. What more could a person want?

Haha! Yeah, sushi didn' t do it for me either. It was a strange hash of textures like cold, raw potatoes and slimy lettuce. :p

Much to the annoyance of my family, yes I do tend to be obsessive :)
I'm in my school's production of Godspell right now and it's a lot of fun. I hope you enjoy it!
