Sometimes, when you least expect it, a miracle happens

Yesterday I awoke and found a blanket of white awaiting me. Now, for some people who live up north snow may not seem like a big deal...but to us Texans, we were ecstatic! We had some hot chocolate and were all cozy in our home.

But then, the unexpected happened...we got a call from my brother. His wife wass in labor! We dashed to Dallas and hung out until about 5pm.

Graham Thomas Roberts was born yesterday, weighing 8 lbs, 9 oz. He is an adorable little baby and I am so happy!

He is my second little nephew, plus there is a little girl on the way! Our family just keeps growing and growing!

So, yesterday was an amazing day full of miracles! Thank you Jesus!

Congratulations on your new nephew!! That is so exciting!! :-D

That is hilarious that you got snow in Texas! I live in Northeastern Ohio and we have only had snow once this year (in October!) It's supposed to snow later this week though...

Oh wonderful! Not only for your beautiful new nephew, but also your blessing of snow. You're right -- we Texans rarely see any of that white stuff, so it's a real pleasure when we get the chance. We didn't get any here in Temple....but maybe we'll get some tonight.
