Well, yesterday I decided to do a photoshoot with my little sister Michelle, I spent about an hour curling her hair and getting her dress ready. She was to wear a a new 1860s dress I just recently completed. Anyway, as I was turning the handle of the door to go outside, it started to rain. Sad day!!! Anyways, I got a few (not very good) indoor pictures of her in her dress:
I was still a little disappointed about not getting any good pictures that day so I decided to give Michelle my camera, and take some pictures of me in the rain. That was really fun, I didn't get to many good pictures (mainly because Michelle is only 7 and doesn't understand focusing and zooming). But there were a few good ones! :)
That evening, I was still wanting some pictures of me in my new 1860's work dress, so I asked my mom to take some pictures (in between rain falls). But we didn't have very much time to take the pictures because it was almost dark.

You are so beautiful and creative! I miss you!
Aww thanks friend! But I think I miss you more! :)
ooh! very pretty! My very first costumes were Civil war 1860's costumes. Great work!

What a special sister you are! She's lovely, as are you. Your dresses are wonderful.
Your dresses are lovely! Even with the rainy day, the pictures turned out dreamy and thoughtful. Great work!
How pretty both you and the dresses are :)! I so love the teen dresses of the 1860's... I wish I could still wear them *humph*. I am working on a new dress myself - a simple cotton day dress. But there are oh so many other ensembles I want to make :/.
Yay!! I'm excited about the Bonnie Blue Ball, a few of my local friends are coming too which will be so great. I'll have to try and convince Atlanta (well, not really 'convince'... just get them to come ;)
